DESCRIPTION
The 48254-000LF is a MINI PV™ receptacle crimp-to-wire connector designed for loose piece applications with 22-26 AWG wire gauge range. It features a 1/4 hard brass body with a Be/Cu spring (DH H005/0.012 thickness of 0.0048 inches / 0.122 mm) and is constructed with 50 µin / 1.27 µm nickel underplating in the contact area and gold flash plating in the inside box area. The connector incorporates fine pitch knurl design with precision-engineered dimensions including a wire barrel with controlled tolerances and an insulation barrel section. This connector is ideal for photovoltaic (PV) terminal applications requiring reliable crimp connections in loose piece configurations, offering excellent electrical contact and mechanical durability for renewable energy systems and similar high-reliability applications.
