DESCRIPTION
The 61082-081400LF is a BergStak® 0.8mm mezzanine receptacle connector designed for high-speed, high-density parallel board-to-board applications. It features a 0.8mm double-row contact pitch that conserves PCB space while supporting data rates up to 12Gb/s, with vertical-to-vertical mating configuration and available stack heights from 5mm to 20mm in 1mm increments. The connector offers 40 to 200 position sizes in 20-position increments, with precision-tapered contacts that control mating stress and provide reliable high normal force, along with early-contact points for increased mating wipe. Electrical performance includes a current rating of 0.8A per contact, contact resistance of 30mO maximum initially and 50mO after testing, and insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum. The housing is constructed from glass-filled LCP material rated UL94-V0, with RoHS-compliant lead-free plating options, making it suitable for PCIe Gen 2/3 and SAS 3.0 applications in servers, routers, industrial instrumentation, and test and measurement equipment.
