DESCRIPTION

The 65474-010 is a mini-jump assembly connector designed for compact interconnect applications with 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) pin center spacing. It features a blue polyester housing constructed from flame-retardant material per UL 94V-0, with a terminal body made from 0.010 inch thick 1/4 hard brass alloy (UNS C26000) and selective gold plating (30 µm/0.76 µm Au or GXT at contact over 50 µm/1.27 µm Ni). The terminal spring is fabricated from 0.0048 inch thick beryllium-copper alloy (UNS C17200) heat-treated with nickel and gold plating (P-N/M-050 P-Au/M-003). This connector is suitable for applications requiring reliable low-profile interconnections in electronic assemblies, offering excellent contact reliability and corrosion resistance through its multi-layer plating system.
