DESCRIPTION
The 65863-069LF is a Quickie® shrouded IDC PCB connector designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shielded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector has a low-profile shrouded header configuration with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated) and phosphor-bronze pins plated with tin over 1.27µm nickel. Electrically, it supports 1A continuous current rating, 750V AC dielectric withstanding voltage, and maintains 100+ mating cycles with duplex plating for cost-effective, reliable termination. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +105°C and is RoHS compatible, making it suitable for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications.
