DESCRIPTION

The 66987-011LF is a double-row DUFLEX flex circuit connector designed for reliable low-insertion-force connections with FCC/FPC cables. It features a dual beam contact design with pre-stressed contact beams that provide 0.30N minimum to 0.6N maximum insertion force, accommodating 0.62mm square or round pins as short as 5mm. The connector supports 2 to 36 contacts per row with a housing height of 6.34mm for the double-row configuration and accommodates cable thickness of 0.3 ± 0.05mm. Available with 0.75µm gold or 5.00µm tin-lead plating options, this connector is ideal for industrial control equipment, business and retail equipment, and other large-volume applications where mass-termination and cost reduction are priorities.
