DESCRIPTION
The 67996-114HLF is a BERGSTIK II double-row straight header connector designed for high-reliability interconnect applications. This connector features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) center-to-center pitch with configurable pin positions ranging from 2 to 72 positions (2×1 through 2×36 arrangements). The product is manufactured with high-temperature plastic material and offers lead-free (LF) plating options, meeting European Union directives and regulatory requirements. Pin plating options include 0.76 µm gold, 0.36 µm gold, or pure tin finishes over a 1.27 µm minimum nickel base. The connector accommodates mating lengths up to 25.5 mm and total pin lengths up to 34.5 mm, with precise dimensional tolerances suitable for PCB assembly and automated insertion processes.
