DESCRIPTION
The 67996-116HLF is a BERGSTIK II double-row header connector designed for high-reliability interconnect applications. It features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) center-to-center spacing with configurable pin positions ranging from 2 to 72 positions (2×1 through 2×36), accommodating various circuit board layouts. The connector is constructed with high-temperature plastic material and offers lead-free (LF) plating options, meeting European Union directives and regulatory requirements. Pin plating options include 0.76 µm gold, 0.36 µm gold, or pure tin finishes over a 50 µm nickel base. The connector supports mating lengths up to 25.5 mm and total pin lengths up to 34.5 mm, with dimensional tolerances maintained to ±0.008 inch (0.20 mm) for mating length and ±0.010 inch (0.25 mm) for tail length.
