DESCRIPTION
The 69830-006LF is a 6-position QUICKIE dual-in-line PCB connector featuring short legs designed for compact board-level interconnections. It incorporates a polyester (PET) glass-filled base material (UL94V-0, blue color) with phosphor bronze terminals finished in pure tin plating (3.81 µm minimum) over nickel underplating (1.27 µm minimum), meeting lead-free (LF) requirements. The connector features a 2.54 mm pitch, mounting hole diameter of 0.80 mm ±0.1 mm, and dimensional specifications of 12.08 mm (A), 6.35 mm (B), and 5.08 mm (C), with a contact retention force of 400 gf/pin minimum. The housing withstands 260°C peak temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems requiring reliable interconnection in space-constrained environments.
