DESCRIPTION
The 69830-014LF is a 14-position QUICKIE DIL PCB connector featuring short legs designed for standard 0.100-inch (2.54 mm) pitch applications. This connector is manufactured with a polyester (PET) glass-filled base material (30% filled, UL94V-0, blue color) and phosphor bronze terminals with pure tin plating (3.81 µm minimum) over nickel underplating (1.27 µm minimum), meeting lead-free (LF) requirements. The connector dimensions are 22.24 mm (A), 16.51 mm (B), and 15.24 mm (C), with a contact retention force of 400 gf/pin minimum and the ability to withstand 260°C peak temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications. This connector is ideal for PCB-to-board interconnections in industrial and consumer electronics requiring reliable, compact, and lead-free connectivity solutions.
