DESCRIPTION
The 69830-034LF is a Quickie® IDC PCB connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a low-profile shrouded design with four-walled shielded construction for pin protection and misalignment prevention, dual polarization to prevent connector mismating, and duplex tin over nickel plating (1.27µm minimum) that ensures 100+ mating cycle performance. The connector has a current rating of 1A continuous, insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum, contact resistance of 20MO maximum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V AC, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to +105°C. It is compatible with wave, vapor-phase, and low-temperature soldering processes, making it suitable for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications.
