DESCRIPTION
The 69830-050LF is a Quickie® IDC PCB connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a low-profile shrouded header design with four-walled shielded construction for pin protection and misalignment prevention, along with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector is constructed with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated), phosphor-bronze pins, and tin plating over 1.27µm nickel, delivering a contact resistance of 20mO maximum and supporting 1A continuous current with 750V AC dielectric withstanding voltage. Operating reliably across -65°C to +105°C with 100 mating cycles, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where cost-effective, durable flat cable termination is required.
