DESCRIPTION
The 71918-130LF is a shrouded electrical header connector designed for reliable PCB mounting with a 2x15 (30-position) configuration. It features a glass-filled thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0) with phosphor bronze pins and is available with multiple latching options including standard latch, low-profile latch, or non-latching configurations. The connector is lead-free with 2 µm minimum matte tin plating over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting RoHS compliance requirements. The housing withstands 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards. This connector is ideal for applications requiring secure, polarized connections in industrial and consumer electronics where reliable mating and demating cycles are essential.
