DESCRIPTION
The 75867-130LF is a right-angle shrouded IDC header connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector utilizes duplex plating (tin over 1.27µm nickel) to ensure cost-effective operation with 100+ mating cycles and reliable electrical performance. With a current rating of 1A continuous, insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V RMS, this connector is suitable for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications. The blue thermoplastic housing with UL94V-0 flammability rating and operating temperature range of -65°C to +105°C ensures durability in demanding field environments.
