DESCRIPTION
The 77311-818-06LF is a bergstrip header connector designed for high-reliability interconnection applications. It features phosphor bronze pins with a lead-free plating specification of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting RoHS compliance requirements. The housing is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic material rated UL94V-O in black color, capable of withstanding 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with a minimum 1.6 mm thick circuit board. The connector supports 1 to 36 positions with a standard 2.54 mm pitch, offering flexible pin configuration options.
