DESCRIPTION
HFW6R-2STE1H1LF is a 1.00mm pitch, right-angle non-ZIF FFC/FPC connector designed for surface mount applications with a compact height of 1.9mm. The connector features top and bottom contact options, supporting 4 to 30 positions with lead-free tin plating and halogen-free construction. Electrical specifications include a voltage rating of 100V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0A AC/DC, contact resistance of 30mO maximum, and insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC at 1mA for 1 minute. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with strong FFC/FPC retention force of 0.49N/contact minimum and insertion force of 1.7N/contact maximum, this connector ensures vibration-proof performance and high durability through 10 mating cycles.
