DESCRIPTION

15-000583 is a 15-position D-SUB male connector featuring solder cup termination and hexlocking screws for secure panel mounting. The connector provides IP67 water-resistant protection, sealed to withstand pressure up to 1.45 PSI for 30 minutes after soldering, utilizing silicone O-rings and TPE rubber gaskets. The metal shell is constructed from zinc die cast with minimum 50µin nickel plating over copper, while the insulators are made from PBT GF UL 94 V-0 rated material. Contacts are copper alloy with gold over nickel plating options, accepting AWG 20 cables. This RoHS compliant connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable water-resistant connections in harsh environments.
