163A16169X is a 15-position D-SUB male connector featuring straight solder pins and threaded spacer clips for secure PCB mounting. The connector utilizes steel metal shells with minimum 315µin tin over 40-80µin nickel plating, and PBT GF UL 94 V-0 black insulators for flame retardancy. Contacts are made from copper alloy with gold flash over nickel plating, while threaded spacer clips and collars feature copper alloy with minimum 200µin tin over 80µin nickel. Key dimensions include an overall width of 39.22mm and mounting hole diameter of Ø3.1mm, with 15 solder pin holes at Ø0.6mm.
