DESCRIPTION
17-110264 is a shielded Cat.5e RJ45 PCB jack receptacle assembly featuring a black plastic housing with bayonet locking style for secure panel mounting. The connector meets EIA/TIA-568-B.2 Cat.5e specifications and accepts both solid and stranded AWG 24 to 26 wires. Key electrical characteristics include a contact resistance of 20mOhm max, insulation resistance of 500MOhm min at 100 VDC, current rating of 1.2A max at 25°C, and working voltage of 100 VDC. The unit features a metal shell with copper alloy nickel plated construction and phosphor bronze contacts with 50µ" gold minimum over nickel finish. This unpotted version is IP67 rated when covered or fully mated, and can be front or rear mounted to panels up to 3.2mm thick, making it ideal for industrial Ethernet and harsh environment networking applications.
