DESCRIPTION
The UA-20PMFP-LC7003 is a USB connector assembly with integrated harness designed for panel-mount applications requiring environmental sealing. The connector features a 1" - 20UNEF threaded nut for secure panel mounting and includes a multi-conductor cable with shielded construction (IP28+2C*24+AL+MY+D+B, OD=5.0mm). The assembly incorporates a nylon and glass-filled housing with an EPDM gasket and is supplied with a shrink tube and liquid glue for assembly. Wire connections include red (24AWG), white (28AWG), green (28AWG), black (24AWG), and drain conductors with female pin terminals (tin-plated). The connector supports panel thicknesses up to 2.8 mm with waterproof cap or 4.0 mm without, making it suitable for sealed enclosures, outdoor equipment, and industrial control systems requiring reliable USB connectivity with environmental protection.
