DESCRIPTION

AT04-4P-BLK is a 4-position heavy-duty multi-pin thermoplastic connector from the AT Series™ designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections. The connector features an integrated latching system that ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connection, with IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition providing protection against dust and high-pressure water jets. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports a maximum current of 13A with a voltage rating of 250V, utilizing stamped and formed copper alloy contacts with nickel plating and silicone rubber seals. The thermoplastic housing is UL94-VO rated for flammability, offers excellent UV resistance, and demonstrates superior fluid resistance to gas, oil, mineral oil, and chemical baths. This connector is ideal for harsh industrial environments, automotive applications, and outdoor installations where durability, environmental protection, and reliable performance are critical requirements.
