DESCRIPTION

ATHD04-1-4P is a single position receptacle with pin contact from the ATHD Series heavy-duty power connectors, designed for environmentally-sealed connections in harsh environments. It features a size 4 contact rated for 100A current capacity, with a thermoplastic UL94-VO housing and an integrated latch that prevents inadvertent disconnect while providing audible/tactile confirmation. The connector is rated IP68 and IP69K when mated, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and supports voltage up to 1000V with a wire range of 4-14AWG. Common applications include heavy-duty transportation, marine, military, alternative energy, and agricultural equipment where reliable high-power connections are required in demanding conditions.
