DESCRIPTION

ATM06-12SA-KT01 is a 12-position heavy-duty multi-pin thermoplastic connector designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections. The connector features an IP68 and IP69K rating in mated condition, providing dust-tight protection and resistance to high-pressure water jets, with a maximum current rating of 7.5A and maximum voltage rating of 250V. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic material with UL94-VO flammability rating and excellent UV resistance, while the integrated latching system ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connection with a minimum of 100 mating cycles. The connector incorporates silicone elastomer seals, copper alloy nickel-plated contacts, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with superior shock (50g), vibration (20g), and thermal shock (-55°C to +125°C, 10 cycles) performance. These specifications make the ATM06-12SA-KT01 ideal for marine, heavy equipment, agricultural, automotive, and alternative energy applications where demanding interconnect reliability and environmental protection are critical.
