DESCRIPTION

ATP06-2S-EC01 is a 2-position plug connector from the ATP Series™ designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring reliable multi-pin connectivity. The connector features Contact Size 12 rated for 25A at 250V, with a thermoplastic housing that provides excellent UV resistance, dielectric properties, and RoHS compliance. It incorporates an integral latching system ensuring definitive electrical and mechanical connections, combined with superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities. The connector maintains insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum at 25°C and demonstrates robust performance across thermal cycles (-55°C to +125°C), vibration (21 G's at 10-2000 Hz), and physical shock (50 G's). With a contact millivolt drop of 60mV maximum for solid contacts at 25A, and proven reliability through 100 mating cycles without defects, this connector is ideal for industrial automation, machinery control, and harsh-environment applications where durability and consistent performance are essential.
