DESCRIPTION
SC000386 is an M23 Elite Checkmate circular DIN connector designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. The connector features a quick-locking Checkmate coupling system with distinctive alignment arrows and Lock/Unlock symbols, available in Power, Signal, and Hybrid configurations. Power Series supports up to 30A at 630V maximum voltage with 6, 8, or 9 positions, while Signal Series accommodates up to 10A at 160V (12 pos) or 125V (16-17 pos) with 12, 16, or 17 positions. The housing is constructed from zinc die-cast material with nickel plating, offering 360° shielding and a cable clamping range of 4.5mm to 17mm. The connector is rated IP67, vibration and shock tested to 20g and 50g respectively in three axes, and operates reliably from -20°C to +130°C. Its compact design with loose-piece insert for hand-held assembly and top-loading design for 90° receptacles makes it ideal for servo drive encoder feedback, packaging, robotic, printing, machine tool, medical, and automation environments.
