DESCRIPTION
C09111D0080012U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable signal and power connections. It supports 7A current rating at +40°C for 5-8 position configurations and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The connector accommodates wire sizes from 18 to 28 AWG with solder or crimp termination options, and provides excellent corrosion resistance with 720 hours salt spray protection. Common applications include measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio networks where high-integrity connections and environmental sealing are essential.
