DESCRIPTION
C09111H0050024U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family designed for industrial signal and power connections. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 18 thru 28 AWG wire sizes with solder and crimp termination options. It provides IP65/67/69K environmental protection when mated, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, and delivers current ratings of 7A for 5-8 position configurations and 3A for 12-14 position configurations at +40°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O and contact resistance below 5 mO, making it suitable for demanding applications in measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other industrial environments requiring reliable power and signal integrity.
