DESCRIPTION
C09111H0120024 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust signal and power connections. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It offers IP65/67/69K environmental protection when mated, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and operating voltage up to 300V per IEC 60664-1 standard. The connector provides excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding option, contact resistance below 5 mO, and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O. Current ratings vary by position count: 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A (all at +40°C). This connector is ideal for measuring instruments, equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications where environmental sealing and signal integrity are critical.
