DESCRIPTION
C09131F0071012U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating with solder or crimp termination options. It supports wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, and offers excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding available. The connector achieves high insulation resistance (>10¹² O) and low contact resistance (<5 mO), with mating cycles rated at =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating. Common applications include measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and industrial equipment requiring robust, sealed connections in diverse environmental conditions.
