DESCRIPTION
C09131H0031012U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family designed for industrial signal and power connections. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It provides IP65/67/69K environmental protection when mated and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with operating voltage up to 300V per IEC 60664-1 standard. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with machined, stamped & formed, and solder/PC tail contact types accommodating 18 through 28 AWG wire sizes. With insulation resistance greater than 10¹²O, contact resistance less than 5mO, and mating cycles of =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and applications requiring robust environmental protection and signal integrity.
