DESCRIPTION
C09161G0041102 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable signal and power connections. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and offers excellent EMI shielding with contact termination options including solder and crimp, accommodating wire sizes from 18 to 28 AWG. With an insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O, contact resistance below 5 mO, and mating cycles rated at =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial applications.
