DESCRIPTION
T3524528U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable signal and power connections. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 7A for 5-8 positions and 3A for 12-14 positions at +40°C, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with machined, stamped & formed, and solder/PC tail contact types compatible with 18 through 28 AWG wire. With an insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O, contact resistance below 5 mO, and 720-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial environments where signal integrity and environmental protection are critical.
