DESCRIPTION
5656AB is a three-pole miniature toggle switch from APEM's 5000 series, designed for panel mounting applications. It features solder lug terminals and a Ø 6.35-40UNS (1/4-40UNS) threaded bushing with standard hardware including two hex nuts (8 mm across flats), one locking ring, and one lockwasher. The switch offers an ON-ON electrical function configuration across three poles (contacts 2-3/5-6/8-9 and 1-2/4-5/7-8) with silver contact material (A designation). With dimensions including 16.50 mm (.649) width and 10.20 mm (.518) height, this switch is suitable for control panels and instrumentation where multiple circuit switching is required. The 5000 series is approved by UL, CSA, and CECC, with various sealing options available for terminal or front panel requirements.
