DESCRIPTION
The 5GSH93561 is a high-performance tactile switch from the Multimec 5G series designed for PCB mounting with excellent sealing and illumination capabilities. It features IP67 sealing according to IEC 60529, MIL-PRF-28855H compliance, and is available with momentary NO or NC/NO contact functions. The switch offers selectable actuation forces of 2.0 N, 3.5 N, or 6.5 N, with contact resistance typically 10 mO (maximum 30 mO) and contact bounce less than 2 ms. It supports single or bi-color LED illumination options with integrated chip-LEDs, operates across a wide temperature range (-30°C to +85°C for illuminated versions), and is available in through-hole or surface-mount configurations. The switch is ideal for military, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring sealed, reliable tactile input with visual feedback.
