DESCRIPTION
The ADTSM66NVTR is an ultraminature tactile pushbutton switch featuring a square stem with cap options and mechanical contact style, designed for high-density mounting applications. It delivers positive tactile feedback with an operational force of 520 ± 130 gf (brown stem) and supports electrical ratings of 50 mA at 12 VDC with a contact resistance of 100 milliohms maximum. The switch is constructed with a stainless steel cover, UL94V-0 nylon thermoplastic base and stem, silicone rubber contact disc, and phosphor bronze terminals with silver cladding, providing excellent reliability and durability. It offers electrical life of 100,000 cycles, operates across a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, and meets MIL-STD-202F standards for vibration and shock resistance. The insert-molded terminals prevent flux build-up during soldering, making it ideal for PCB assembly in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and portable devices requiring compact, reliable switching solutions.
