DESCRIPTION
AQN-2.5 is a sealing boot bushing component for the Aquamec switch system, engineered to provide IP67-rated environmental sealing for panel-mounted applications. This bushing is specifically designed to accept panel thicknesses ranging from 2.5 to 4.0 mm, with a panel cut-out diameter of 12.0 ± 0.2 mm. The sealing boot is constructed from silicone material and maintains an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with a rated sealing life of 2,000,000 operations. The AQN-2.5 bushing is used in conjunction with Aquamec switch caps (such as AQCXX-26.2 and AQCXX-27.2) to create sealed switch assemblies with overall heights ranging from 26.2 to 27.2 mm. This component is ideal for industrial control panels, harsh environments, and applications requiring reliable moisture and dust protection.
