DESCRIPTION

The AV199035D200 is an illuminated snap-action security pushbutton switch designed for secure access control and momentary switching applications. It features a 19 mm diameter housing with single pole NO (normally open) momentary action, gold-plated dome contacts, and gold-plated brass terminals for reliable electrical performance. The switch operates with an actuation force of 25 oz. ± 7 oz., a travel distance of 0.027" (0.7 mm) ± 0.003" (0.1 mm), and supports panel thicknesses from 0.039" (1 mm) to 0.433" (11 mm). It maintains a maximum initial contact resistance of 100 milliohms and an insulation resistance of 1000 megoohms minimum at 500 VDC, with an electrical life rating of 1,000,000 cycles at full load. The switch is ideal for security applications, industrial control panels, and access systems where durability and reliable momentary switching are essential.
