DESCRIPTION

12110293 is a two-piece box and blade automotive terminal designed for heavy-duty performance and high current applications. It features an integrated floating spring made of beryllium copper or copper nickel silicon, with a tangless/lanceless locking mechanism and APEX terminal cavity design. The terminal supports a blade size of 1.5 mm, wire gauge range of 22-16 AWG (0.35-1.5 mm²), and is available in both female and male genders with unsealed, mat sealed, or cable sealed options. Key electrical characteristics include contact resistance less than 0.5 mO, contact mating force less than 5 N, and maximum current rating of 18 A at temperatures up to 150°C. This terminal is ideal for automotive electrical systems requiring reliable connections in harsh environments with vibration resistance up to 30 G.
