DESCRIPTION
15335987 is a comprehensive family of low-voltage connector terminals designed for automotive electrical systems. The product line includes multiple blade sizes (1.5 mm, 2.8 mm, 6.3 mm, and 9.5 mm) with wire gauge ranges spanning from 0.22 mm² to 25 mm² (24 AWG to 3 AWG), accommodating both sealed and unsealed configurations. Available in both female and male genders with plating options including tin (Sn), gold (Au), and silver (Ag), these terminals feature contact resistance below 0.3–0.5 mO, mating forces under 3.5–30 N depending on blade size, and maximum operating temperatures of 125°C. The terminals support current ratings up to 120 A at 23°C for larger gauges and are designed for vibration environments up to 80 G, making them suitable for diverse automotive applications including power distribution, signal transmission, and high-reliability electrical connections in vehicles.
