DESCRIPTION
The AIH20B300-L is a 250-watt high-voltage DC-DC converter module designed for use with power factor correction (PFC) modules in demanding industrial and telecommunications applications. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 250 to 420 VDC and delivers 12V at 20.8A output with typical efficiency of 86%, operating continuously at baseplate temperatures from -20°C to +100°C with startup capability down to -40°C. The module features adjustable output voltage (80% to 120% of nominal), integrated overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and a built-in I2C interface for digital control of voltage adjustment and protection thresholds. With an MTBF of 1 million hours (demonstrated) and comprehensive thermal management including overtemperature protection at 120°C, the AIH20B300-L is ideal for high-reliability power conversion in aerospace, defense, and industrial equipment requiring compact, efficient DC-DC conversion.
