DESCRIPTION
The AXA000BB36-L is a 10-watt isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series, designed to deliver dual ±12V outputs from an 18–75 Vdc input supply. It features an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range and achieves 86% efficiency at rated load, with output current capability of ±0.41 A per rail. The converter is fully encapsulated in a compact 1.0 × 1.0 × 0.4 inch metal case with an isolated baseplate, incorporating 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation and hiccup mode short-circuit protection. Standard features include remote On/Off control, ±2.0% voltage tolerance, ±0.3% line regulation, and ±0.5% load regulation with 100 mV output noise/ripple. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C with an MTBF of 350 kHrs, this converter is well-suited for industrial, telecommunications, data center, and medical applications requiring reliable isolated power conversion.
