DESCRIPTION
The AXA06F18-L is an isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series designed for low-input applications requiring regulated 3.3 V output. It features an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range of 9–36 Vdc, delivering 6 A output current at 87% efficiency, with a maximum output power of 19.8 W. The converter is fully encapsulated in a compact 1×1 inch (25.4×25.4 mm) metal case with isolated baseplate and 0.4 inch height, incorporating 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation and hiccup mode short-circuit protection. Standard features include ±2.0% voltage tolerance, ±0.2% line regulation, ±1.0% load regulation, and 150 mV output noise/ripple, with operation across -40°C to +80°C.
