DESCRIPTION
The LCM600W-8 is a 600 W distributed power front-end AC-DC supply from Artesyn's LCM600 series, configured for 48 V output with constant current mode operation. It accepts universal input of 85 to 264 VAC at 47 to 440 Hz and delivers up to 13 A at 48 V with a typical full-load efficiency of 89% and combined line/load regulation of 2%. The unit operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C with linear derating to 50% from 50°C to 70°C, features DSP-controlled front-end with PMBus interface, and includes protection mechanisms such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature monitoring. With industrial and medical safety certifications (UL/CSA, TUV, CB, CCC), this supply is well-suited for industrial, medical, military, and process automation applications requiring reliable bulk power distribution.
