DESCRIPTION
VRM11-1-130-VJ is a VRM11.1 compliant voltage regulator module designed to deliver 170 watts of regulated power with a nominal output current of 105 amperes and peak current capability of 140 amperes. The module accepts input voltage from 10.2 to 13.8 Vdc and provides adjustable output voltage from 0.5 to 1.6 Vdc through 8-bit voltage identification (VID) control. It features an interleaved non-isolated multi-phase buck converter topology with integrated protection functions including over-current protection, over-voltage protection, thermal warning, and output current monitoring. The module supports multiple mounting options (vertical through-hole, horizontal surface mount, and card edge configurations) and includes advanced features such as dynamic VID, phase shedding (PSI#), remote sense, power good signaling, and output enable control. With peak efficiency of 88% at 1.2V output and a load impedance of 0.8 mO, the VRM11-1-130-VJ is ideal for high-performance microprocessor power delivery, ASIC/FPGA regulation, and server/networking equipment applications requiring reliable, efficient power conversion.
