DESCRIPTION
AWG28-10/G-1/300 is a grey ribbon cable featuring 10 conductors with 28 AWG wire gauge and 1.0 mm pitch spacing, designed for low-voltage signal transmission applications. The cable is constructed with tinned copper (TC) conductors and a 105°C rated UL-PVC jacket with 0.26 mm minimum average thickness, providing an outer diameter of 0.90 mm ± 0.10 mm. It is rated for 300V operation with a dielectric strength of 2.0 kV at 60 Hz, and exhibits excellent mechanical properties including 1,500 PSI tensile strength before aging and 70% minimum retention after aging at 136°C for 168 hours. The cable meets UL Style 2651-VW-1 standards with VW-1 flame rating and demonstrates superior flexibility with no cracking after cold bend testing at 10°C for 4 hours. This ribbon cable is ideal for interconnect applications in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics where compact routing and reliable signal integrity are required.
