DESCRIPTION
1694A-LT-BLU-1000 is a low loss serial digital coaxial cable designed for high-definition video signal transmission in broadcast and professional AV applications. This RG6 type cable features an 18 AWG solid bare copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.04 in, foam HDPE insulation (0.18 in diameter), and dual-layer shielding consisting of 100% Duofoil tape and 95% tinned copper braid. The cable offers a nominal characteristic impedance of 75 Ohm, capacitance of 16.2 pF/ft, and velocity of propagation of 82%. With a PVC jacket (0.274 in outer diameter) and CMR riser rating, it is suitable for SMPTE 2008-1 6 Gb/s UHDTV and SMPTE 424M 3 Gb/s HD-SDI 1080p applications, making it ideal for professional broadcast studios and video production facilities.
