DESCRIPTION

8521-WHT-100 is a low-temperature plastic lead wire featuring 16 AWG (26x30) tinned copper conductor with PVC insulation, compliant with MIL-W-76C type specifications. The wire is rated for 1000V RMS and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, with a nominal outer diameter of 0.098 inches and insulation wall thickness of 0.019 inches. The conductor exhibits a nominal DC resistance of 3.75 Ohm/1000ft and supports a maximum recommended current of 22 Amps in free air at 30°C ambient conditions.
