DESCRIPTION

The 8522-WHT/BLU-100 is a MIL-W-76C Type MWP hook-up wire designed for the internal wiring of electronic equipment. It features a single 18 AWG stranded (16x30) tinned copper conductor for excellent conductivity and is protected by a white PVC insulation with a blue stripe for easy circuit identification. This unshielded wire has a voltage rating of 1000 V RMS and can handle a maximum recommended current of 16 amps in free air. It is designed to operate reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. Its compliance with military specifications makes it suitable for various demanding general-purpose wiring applications.
