DESCRIPTION

The 64PR500LF is a multi-turn trimmer potentiometer from BI Technologies' Model 64 series, featuring a 1/4" square cermet resistive element with a 12-turn electrical travel for precise adjustment. It offers a standard resistance range from 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±10% tolerance, and supports a maximum input voltage of 200Vdc or rms with a power rating of 0.25 watts at 85°C. The device incorporates clutch-action mechanical stops at both ends, a maximum starting torque of 3 oz.-in., and essentially infinite resolution for fine-tuning applications. With an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, dielectric strength of 900Vrms, and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum, this trimmer is well-suited for precision calibration and adjustment in industrial instrumentation, test equipment, and control circuits where reliable long-term performance is essential.
