DESCRIPTION
The 84PR2KLF is a Model 84 multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer designed for surface mount applications with a 1/4" square footprint. It features a resistance range of 10 Ohms to 1 Megohm with ±10% tolerance, 12 turns of electrical travel, and a power rating of 0.25 watts at 85°C. The device operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a maximum input voltage of 200 Vdc or rms, maximum slider current of 100 mA, and dielectric strength of 900 Vrms. With molded plastic housing, solderable terminal pins, and clutch-action mechanical stops at both ends, this potentiometer is ideal for precision calibration and adjustment in electronic instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and industrial control applications requiring reliable long-term performance.
