DESCRIPTION
The 89PR100LF is a 3/4" rectangular multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer designed for precision resistance adjustment applications. It features 20 turns of nominal electrical travel with an essentially infinite resolution and a standard resistance range from 10 ohms to 2 megohms, with ±10% tolerance (±20% for values below 100 ohms). The device is rated for a maximum input voltage of 200 Vdc or rms, a maximum slider current of 100 mA, and a power rating of 0.75 watts at 85°C derating to 0 at 125°C. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and features a sealed design with 85°C Fluorinert to prevent leaks. The potentiometer is commonly used in instrumentation, calibration circuits, and precision control applications where reliable, fine-tuned resistance adjustment is required.
